(Tell Me) You're Foolish. Another personal song, I've been writing alot of those lately. I'm actually kind of proud of myself in a sense, I used to have a lot of problems writing lyrics based on actual experiences in my life. Most of the lyrics I'd write would consist of just random scenarios, carelessly cut and pasted into an extremely rough story line that I'd attempt to pull off as a song. However, lately I've been able to describe individual experiences with extreme detail, all the while staying within the context of song form. (Tell Me) You're Foolish is a prime example of this. This song was written for a very beautiful girl named Janell. It's a song I wrote to try and drag her away from the stress and disappointments of everyday life. A song that I hoped would be able to give her peace of mind about lifes uncertainty and just to take everything one step at a time. This song was written primarily based off of one day in particular which I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity to spend even a few short hours with such a gorgeous woman, both physically and personality wise.
The Original plan for TMYF was to include it in the future EP release, however as of now plans have been pushed back slightly, so as far as release dates goes, I honestly cannot give out an exact date. So for now, all I have to offer is a rough demo of the song. Updates will be coming soon regarding the actual release of the new EP, it all depends on when I can get back into the studio to finish recording, which, Lord willing, will be sooner rather than later haha.
